We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially at the reception where they helped us find local attractions and gave great tips. We loved the breakfast selection and especially the comfortable Standard Double Room we stayed in.

My kids wished there were more family activities available.

The Dorint Hotel maintained a fantastic level of service during my stay, particularly at check-in where the staff swiftly addressed an odor issue in my room by relocating me to a more spacious and comfortable one. The shower design could use improvement.

I stayed for 7 nights and found the location to be excellent, close to attractions like the Botanical Garden and the Phyletic Museum. The breakfast had a wide variety of tasty options, and I appreciated the help from the receptionists who guided me to local sights. However, there was some miscommunication regarding room cleaning, which impacted my overall experience. Despite that, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
