Great service, comfy room!

Had a decent stay! The reception gal was super helpful—switched me to a nicer room quickly. Loved the cozy bar area for some drinks. The elevator was down, though. Overall, it's a solid spot, but the bathrooms need a little work. Perfect for a chill trip.

I stayed for 7 nights and found the location to be excellent, close to attractions like the Botanical Garden and the Phyletic Museum. The breakfast had a wide variety of tasty options, and I appreciated the help from the receptionists who guided me to local sights. However, there was some miscommunication regarding room cleaning, which impacted my overall experience. Despite that, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The proximity to shopping is a major plus as well! Plus, the nearby wellness area was a nice touch for some relaxation.
